Web Safe Colors
Web safe color is what appears in both Microsoft Internet Explorer; using Mozilla, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer; and Macintosh, Safari. Both systems contain 256 color mode. Furthermore, in HTML the colors are expressed in two different ways. Either they are named in hexadecimal values, as #FF3097, or with a color name, as violet. It is said that there are only 212 web-safe colors because there are some colors which Windows does not render correctly. To be sure you are using the web-safe colors in Dreamweaver you have to select your color from the web-safe palette. However, if you decide you want another color that is not in this palette then you have to safe them. This colors are chosen in the palette but clicking on a tab.
The primary colors of light are: red, green and blue. Meanwhile, the primary color of pigments are: cyan, magenta and yellow. However, if there is a lack of light there would be no color, so it is essential.
